Pleasantly surprised at this motel. Very nice clean rooms, modern and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette in our room, big tv, huge bathroom with nice shower and accessible for wheelchairs. Door has a key pad to get in and they text you the instructions so you don't even need to go to the desk. Check out is at 1030 which is a little earlier than I'd like but other very pleased with our stay. Price was good as well.
WOW! This motel has everything. Well located, safe and charming. The rooms are well organized. The beds are so comfortable we over slept! The "kitchen space" is well stocked with the essentials. What to say about the bathroom...it is sooo beautifully made. We had a room with a spacious shower stall you can get into it with a wheelchair. The restaurants are close by with a 15 minute walk. The keypad lock makes it easy to get in the room what ever hour you may arrive. Please don't hesitate to book your stay here.
It was a last-minute booking and I'm glad we stayed here. Spacious room (huge beds), TV (we did not use) spacious bathroom, well-stocked kitchenette area (microwave, coffee machine, plates, bowls). Access code entry - removes the need for keys to the room. My payment did not go from the original card and I did not see the error message until I got there. The Manager/Owner was very nice and considerate and allowed me to work with a different card and pay outside the booking.com system. Thankfully that worked - all in all, a comfortable stay!
We booked a night, not expecting anything amazing, only to be surprised at the quality of our room. It was fully updated and an effort has been made to make the bathroom barrier free. Not only was it well appointed but extremely clean! (Cleaner than the Marriott!) The easy self check in and out was simple to use and appreciated as we arrived later in the evening. It was very quiet as well, couldn't hear anything or other guests. Great value for money, and well thought out for those with some limited mobility or older travelers.
Great motel. Older style and needs some updating but great stay. Stayed in suite 1 night. Great for 4 adults. Clean, easy checkin, and great location. Fabulous beds. Had everything one would need for longer stay.
My wife and I booked a room at this motel at the last minute (we booked it around 5:30 pm and checked in around 9 pm the same day). The price was very reasonable, the beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was HUGE! And, it was a 2 minute drive to the venue we were at Saturday and Sunday. I assume it got a 2-star rating because there is no food service on site, but there was a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster, and it was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The room we stayed in had been completely renovated and was super. Everything in the room was new. The large flat screen TV was a Roku model which made it feel just like home. There was no door key, just a keypad to enter a simple code, resulting in one less thing in our pockets. Highly recommended.
First of all, the location is amazing, about 4 minutes in car from Lunenberg everyone talks about. My husband and I stayed at this motel for one night and it was perfect. The room was pretty, the location was good and not to mention the owner! He was super sweet and nice, and even offered us some good recommendations for the rest of our trip. Amazing motel, if you want a great experience in Lunenberg, go to this motel!
